Today was another beautiful day at Camp! We had girls leave from the last session and we had girls come, ready to start camp. It was so lovely meeting all the new campers and their parents. The campers who stayed on had their usual classes running. At the dinner table, everyone was full of energy! The girls were so excited to make the new campers feel included through friendship. After dinner, we headed to the teepee for initiation as the new campers became insiders. We also had the privilege to initiate the camp puppies!

After dinner we went up the mountain for  initiation.

The new Merri-Mac Seminoles are: Lila K., Brooklyn B., Jane S., Avery H. and Jamison N.

The new Merri-Mac Iroquois are: Luci E., Katherine L., Langston B. and Taylor P.

The new Merri-Mac Choctaws are: Abigail M., Katelynn K., Alexander H. and Meridith M.

Later several cabins were seen sneaking out with their staff for their own special cabin initiations. There are lots of girls becoming Merri-Mac insiders tonight – and that is what we love!
