Today at camp has been filled with laughter, sweet memories, and new adventures!

The morning started with girls singing at the top of their lungs at breakfast, which was followed by beautiful singing at Chapel. Mornings are always such a sweet time here at camp. When the bugle rang the girls sprinted to their activities to start their fun-filled day.

In Archery all the girls anticipated shooting in hopes of a bullseye. In Pottery girls are finishing up their projects to be wrapped up and enjoyed at home. Suzie T. proudly displayed her newly painted bird feeder. In Backpacking girls had the opportunities to go on the high ropes! The high ropes are a great adventure for girls as they have the opportunity to climb up a tree and walk across a wire high up in the air! Soccer was having a great time while enjoying an intense game!

Lunch was yummy!! Waffle fries and Monte Cristo sandwiches were a big hit in the Tucker Inn. Lunch ended with tribal songs, learning friendship circle songs, and off course, the announcement song. Next came Rest Hour, a great time to write letters and read, but of course the Trading Post bell rang and every camper charged to the Trading Post for some sweet treats.

In Fencing Presley T. said, “I love my counselors this year and fencing is so much fun, I am so happy I get to stay for a month!” We love the enthusiasm and the love for camp! Every girl in riding gets better and better every class period, especially with help from the awesome staff. There was a world of fun in gymnastics from beam, to trampoline, to the cheese cube, to bars! Blake H. was working on her headstand on the balance beam, and was killing it! We are so proud of our campers!

Tonight we anticipate a delicious dinner, an ice cream party, and White Feather! We will enjoy our time with our sweet girls before some of them leave tomorrow! We have loved having them here for the two weeks, they bring us so much joy and light!
