Kirstie Harry

Kirstie grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, but the North Carolina Mountains have been her home away
from home for the past six summers. In High School, Kirstie was involved in three seasons of sports:
field hockey, swimming and lacrosse. She was also cooking club leader, yearbook business manager,
and spirit leader. A loyal Choctaw, she attributes any and all “spirit leadership qualities” to her time
as the Choctaw medman her last summer as a camper. As a new counselor, she’s looking forward to spending her time
teaching girls to enjoy those activities as much as she did. Kirstie’s favorite verse is 1 Peter 3:8: “Live in harmony with one another, by sympathetic. Love as brothers, be compassionate and humble.”
