experience. We do not spam or sell our customer’s
information. We use a secure connection to collect sensitive information
and put all customer information behind password protected parts of
our site.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC treats personal information
that Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC collects and receives, including information
related to your past use of Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC products and services.
Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable
like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is
not otherwise publicly available.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Merri-Mac/Timberlake
LLC does not own or control or to people that Merri-Mac/Timberlake

- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC collects personal information when you register
for camp, when you request information about camp, or when you register
as an alumni. We also collect personal information from anyone who
applies to work at Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC.
- When you register we ask for information such as your name, address,
email address, birth date, gender, zip code, and occupation.
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC automatically receives and records information
on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and
the page you request.
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC uses information for the following general
purposes: to care for your child, to fulfill your requests for products
and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research,
and provide anonymous reporting for internal use.
Children
- Parents, not children, should sign up for camp and fill out the necessary
forms for registration.
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC will not contact children under age 13.
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC does not ask a child under age 13 for more
personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably
necessary to participate in a given activity.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide
products or services you've requested, or when we have your permission
or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate,
prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud,
situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of
any person, violations of Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC’s camper
and parent agreements, or as otherwise required by law.
- We publish a camper directory, available to last summer's families,
containing basic contact info for our camp families. The directories
are available for download in a password protected part of the site.
- We publish our alumni directory, available in a password protected
area for alumni and camp families only.
Cookies
- Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC may set and access Merri-Mac/Timberlake
LLC cookies on your computer.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and
Preferences
General
- You can edit your registration, camper, or family information at
any time by emailing changes to our office.
- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating
to Camp Merri-Mac/Timberlake services, such as announcements, administrative
messages and newsletters that are considered part of your Merri-Mac/Timberlake
experience, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving
them.
Confidentiality and Security
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who
we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information
to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
- For online registration, this includes 128 bit encryped forms and
data submission, 128 bit encrypted downloads to our office, and password
protected areas of our web site.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
- Camp Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC may update this policy. We will notify
you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information
by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your
Camp Merri-Mac/Timberlake LLC registration or by placing a prominent
notice on our site.
